Reuben Benhur, Director, Client Services and Operations.
Reuben brings with him Human Resource planning, management & development experience in the IT & ITES industries. Having spent quite some time in Business development during his formative years with Services companies has developed a customer service oriented approach.

He has been involved in instrumental roles for managing talent acquisitions, transition of Captive Unit Processes and operational setup during his tenure with previous companies.

Reuben holds a graduate degree and management specialization from ICFAI University, Hyderabad. His last assignment was with Exensys, Hyderabad.

Prem Bajaj, Director, Finance and CFO
As CFO, Prem manages the day to day Finance & Accounting functions for
i-Vantage as well as manages the team providing services to our subsidiary clients. Prem has over 17 years experience encompassing entire gamut of finance, audit, accounting, tax, MIS, operations and general Management.

Prem has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Osmania University and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accounts of India.
