Rajesh Agrawal, Chairman & CEO
Mr Agarwal has over fifteen years of operations management experience in India in the fields of information technology and manufacturing.

Mr Agarwal is one of the founders of i-Vantage and served as Managing Director till Dec 2005. In that capacity, Mr. Agrawal was the key executive responsible for large client account management and delivery in India. He worked closely with senior executives of i-Vantage clients such as ADP and CSC.

Prior to i-Vantage, Mr. Agrawal was the Managing Director of a $65M Steel Operation based in India.

Amit Maheshwari, Vice Chairman
Mr Maheshwari is an entrepreneur with expertise in information technology and outsourcing businesses. Mr. Maheshwari has over ten years of venturing, IT product strategy, P&L management, and offshoring/outsourcing experience. Mr. Maheshwari currently serves as Founder and President of AutoStyleMart, Inc. - a company focused on bringing auto-dealers and the aftermarket markets together through innovative technology and services. Prior to AutoStyleMart, Mr. Maheshwari founded and operated i-Vantage, Inc. - a company that enables global captive centers for technology and business services companies. At i-Vantage, Mr. Maheshwari consulted with Fortune 500 and small start-ups alike on how to start and operate offshore based delivery capabilities. Prior to founding i-Vantage, Mr. Maheshwari was a strategy consultant for Mainspring, an IBM subsidiary, focusing on cost-saving opportunities for venture capitalist funded software companies.

Prior to that, Mr. Maheshwari held several IT leadership positions within General Electric Company including helping GE create offshore development teams and data centers.

Mr. Maheshwari holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Marquette University, WI, and an MBA in general administration/finance from Columbia University, NY. Mr. Maheshwari is on the board of BNKe Solutions (an offshore based call center), AutoStyleMart, Inc., and i-Vantage, Inc. He served as board member of St. Croix Systems Corporation, Inc. (a healthcare software company) from 2002-2006. He is also a certified Six Sigma quality professional.
